01The service

WaxerPro is a B2B SaaS progressive web app (PWA) for professional cross-country ski teams. It provides a ski fleet database, head-to-head wax test brackets, test history, analytics, ski comparison and race-day recommendations, designed to work offline in the field.

02Access and subscription

Access to WaxerPro is subscription-based. Pricing, number of seats and contract duration are agreed individually with each team or federation. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by invitation under the client's organisation.

03Data ownership

All wax, ski and test data entered into WaxerPro belongs to the client team. WaxerPro acts only as a processor of that data for the purpose of providing the service. Clients can export their data at any time, and it is never shared with other teams or third parties.

04Limitation of liability

WaxerPro provides decision support: rankings, statistics and recommendations derived from the data the client records. The final choice of skis, wax and setup on race day always rests with the team.

WaxerPro and its operator are not liable for race-day decisions made using the app, nor for sporting results, missed performances, or any direct or indirect damages arising from such decisions. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

05Data protection

WaxerPro is operated in compliance with the GDPR. Service data is hosted in Europe. For details on personal data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

06Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trento, Italy.
